With the holiday soon approaching and myself trying to save as much as possible for gifts, I brought my vehicle into after taking it to the dealership after a few maintenance lights pop up on my dash. The dealership quoted me a lot more than expected, so I wanted a second opinion, after reading some of their great reviews, I decided to bring my vehicle in to R&S auto and they quoted me a lot less for the same exact work as the dealership. So i decided to have my car serviced there instead, and Im glad I did as I saved a lot more than if I had brought my car to the dealership, but most importantly my car maintenance is update to date (they also gave me a free car wash :) ) and I found a new home to bring my car in. Would recommend to anybody looking to save a few dollars. PS the friendly staff also gave me a gift bag for being a first time customer

I had a fantastic experience with R&S Auto ! They repaired the damages on my car, making it look brand new, and went above and beyond to ensure the entire vehicle was in great shape. The team was friendly, professional, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Their workmanship was top-notch. I was not sure what to expect when I arrived but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were the advisers super friendly and accommodating, the service was above and beyond. I was there for winter tire changeover. They did a full inspection of the vehicle at no cost, with a full diagnostics print out. I will be back to visit when it's spring change time. I recommend them to anyone looking for good service 👍

I had an incredible experience at R&S Auto from start to finish. Sal greeted me warmly at the desk, and both Jess and Raj took the time to clearly explain what my car needed for repairs that day and what could be deferred. I was blown away by the detailed electronic walk-around of my vehicle, showing exactly what was going on beneath the surface. It felt like they were caring for my car as if it was their own, with no stressful sales tactics—just clear, fact-based advice on what I could afford and the best approach to get it done. They even handle windshield repairs and replacements, including insurance claims, so they do all the legwork for you. I can't recommend them enough for collision, glass, or any auto repair needs!

Friendly and helpful staff, great service, and very thorough and detailed evaluation of my vehicles with their multipoint inspection. I purchased tires for my cars and got some other work done as well. The R&S Auto team did a great job and I’ll definitely be back soon!

I have been searching for a reliable and honest mechanic in the GTA. 1st time using R&S. Staff was very courteous and efficient. I had to bring my baby to the service appointment. R&S ensured that my vehicle was worked on quickly and thoroughly. They explained everything in detail and helped me understand the priority of work required. Highly recommended. Can I give 10 stars? The professionalism of this shop is outstanding, the prices beat the dealer and anyone else, and their manner of explaining everything and taking you seriously when you state the problem is outstanding and rare in the auto shop business. I needed a last-minute repair before a giant road trip and R&S insured everything was properly fixed and that I was on the road in time for my next stop. They know their hybrids, so would recommend them even more if you are frustrated with mechanics who refuse to work on them for anything more than an oil change. They also make sure to follow-up with you afterwards. Just excellent all-around, highly recommend -- thanks again, Jessie and Dilraj!

Very professionals. This people they know what they are doing, they are real mechanics. My wife brought the car to different mechanics. Nobody figured out what was the car problem. I spent like $ 7,000 on mechanics and the only people that can fixed the problem was them, even the dealer at Leggatt Chevrolet couldn’t figure out. That specific dealer mechanics are dumb, no brains. I personally recommend R&S at Ormont drive, North York , they are # 1 , I love those guys 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

First time here. They did an excellent job with the repairs I needed. Parts were reasonably priced(I chose after market). Jessie, the owner, was so polite and friendly. He dropped me off at the Starbucks to hang out while repairs were being done. It was a30min drive for me to get there but worth it. The whole time Jessie gave me the confidence that care would be taken and nothing rushed. The free inspection he gave, with online access to the results was cool. No other shop I have been to provided that! Car was washed as well. I haven't had service like this before - it was amazing. Jessie truly loves working on cars. I think I found my auto guy. No photos needed. The place was spotless.

Makes a massive difference when a shop takes the time and care to explain things to you. When they follow-up with an appointment and give you options. Trying to avoid having my car serviced at the dealership I stumbled upon R&S and it was an amazing experience. They are cordial in their customer service, clean and don't pressure you into repairs or services that are not immediately needed. It's hard to trust shops because you have little visibility or knowledge of what your car really needs vs what s shop tells you, so trust is important. So far, they have my trust that they provided me with an honest overlook of my vehicle. I will continue using their services for future needs. thanks!

Took my car here to get repair after being in a hit and run! My insurance company wouldn’t cover the replacement of all new parts so Jesse and his crew had to do a repair and when I tell you I can’t even notice any damage was done they did such a good job. I needed body work done on my car, and got quotes from 3 different shops. R&S Auto's price was reasonable, but that wasn't the main deciding factor. Jesse (owner) took the time to show me his team at work on another car, and explained exactly how my car would be fixed, in detail. It was clear that they value their customers, and go to great lengths to ensure a great experience. When I dropped off my car, Jesse had organized a rental car for me, and l was driven to the rental location by Dilraj. The work was completed within the quoted time frame, and the body work is flawless. Thank you, Jesse, Dilraj and team, for the fantastic work.

Thank you for your excellent service when my Audi was on its last legs and in desperate need of care. You diagnosed the the problem right away – a misfitting oil cap – and fixed it at no charge. You also pointed out several problems my (former) Audi dealer missed repeatedly and fixed those at minimal cost. Your communications were first rate, including photos of things that needed attention so I could see WHY they needed repair. You did what you promised within the time you promised and the result is that my Audi has never run better! You even cleaned the car before I picked it up. Impressive! Jesse explained to me that his father had started the business and now he was passing it on to his son, Dilraj, who was my main contact. It's a real family business with quality service a dealership can't possibly match. What a relief to find first-rate mechanics who treat you like a valued customer. I only wish I'd found R&S earlier.
