I Cleaned my Tesla Radiator here for around $150, Tesla wanted me to replace it for $1500 just because they were lazy …. They actually drive Teslas themselves so they know about it 💯💯

I took my Hyundai Santa Fe to R&S Auto for an oil change, and I was honestly amazed by how detailed their 360° digital inspection was. They gave me a complete look at my vehicle and clearly showed me what needed attention, including brakes and tie rods that I didn’t even realize were due.

I appreciated the transparency and the fact that I could actually see the inspection results for myself instead of just being told what needed to be done. I came back a second time to get those items taken care of, and the whole experience was excellent.

I came in on a Wednesday morning because I was getting vibrations in the steering wheel while driving at highway speeds. The team did a thorough inspection, confirmed that the tire balance was off, and re-balanced all 4 tires. When I picked the car up later that day, the vibrations were minimal. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected failure with the tire lining itself, the balance was out again by Friday morning. I reached out to the team (knowing that I would need to drive 400 km the very next day) and they agreed to see me right away to resolve the issue. They were able to diagnose the issue and repair the tire within a couple of hours. The team were very accommodating and apologetic. They even agreed to do the repair at no extra cost, which was extremely appreciated. I ended up driving the 400 km with no issues at all! Thank you R&S Auto.

Great shop and a great team! Brought my Civic in for a new set of tires and left with a clean job and a thorough inspection. Sal at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional.

The complimentary digital inspection alone was amazing. They look over the entire car and provide an online report complete with photos and maintenance suggestions. It gave me a clear view of what I need to keep an eye on. Best of all, there was absolutely no pressure to buy extra services, only an honest discussion on the suggestions.

10/10. From beginning to end. I had called them to get serviced the same day & they were able to accommodate. Customer service was amazing, I didn’t feel rushed on the phone, he answered all of my questions in full detail. I went for an oil change & they did so much more for me. They also provide a digital inspection that’s sent to your email so you know what’s going on with your car which is super helpful! Sal is amazing ! You gained a loyal customer, thank you so much ❤️

Amazing Amazing staff, LISTEN - I have found my new second family - the attention and care that they gave to my 2017 nissan pathfinder is unprecedented, I went in for a timing change replacement, I was stressed because I couldn't find someone to take on such a big job for a reasonable price, then I found R&S auto and there was no hesitation, there was little to none down time, my vehicle was fixed and is now running like NEW, this is like magic, I cannot say enough good things about R&S auto, the guys are so pleasant to deal with, they even changed my wiper blades for free - talk about attention to detail, I highly highly recommend R&S auto, I will not be going to any other mechanic than them, check them out and see for yourself 🙂😇

Highly recommend R&S, AC was having issues dealership did not really solve my problem. After searching web I came across R&S, read their reviews and decided to give them a go at it. No regrets they did their trouble shooting and within the same day had the answer.AC has never worked this well. You have now become my go to service shop and will recommend you to family and friends.

This week I brought my vehicles in for service here for the first time and was amazed by the service here. The level of professionalism, communication, and reliability of the work and service provided here was top-notch. I have to say that one of the best customer service experiences I have received here from a business establishment. They took the time to explain everything in detail in a very professional manner and able to get me in for service fairly quickly. The shop is also extremely clean and modern. Overall extremely positive experience and service here.

They did an amazing job diagnosing my 2010 Lexus IS350 and figuring out the transmission issue. They were honest, friendly, and took the time to explain what was wrong and how it could be fixed. Overall, really good experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop.
