Wow! First time here and Sal Sahid was the best! He helped me pick new tires that fit my needs. No pushy sales talk. His team showed me why my steering wheel is not centered and they fixed it right. After Acura suggested not to using my radio, my Late model RDX failed to start. Sal at R&S knew this was a sign the battery was dying and not holding a charge. R&S not only replaced the battery far cheaper than Acura but with an awesome warranty. Now that my Acura warranty is up I’m glad to know that because of the stellar customer service and reasonable prices R&S will now be my “go to” place for all my Acura servicing. I was blown away by all they offer. Sal was great! Stellar high end treatment, I will gladly recommend them for all your auto servicing.

I have never received such exceptional services, R&S auto has fulfilled the highest requirement of customer satisfaction in my perspective. They are not only straightforward with their services but they do provide you constant updates on the status of your vehicle and recommendations on what you should do next to maintain the life of your vehicle. I am very happy with their services despite having gone through some trouble with the VW dealership. R&S auto took care of what the dealership I got my VW Jetta flat out refused to. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend these guys to do whatever work you need to do on your car. Their honesty is truly unmatched, thank you R&S Auto!

I have to admit that I have not used R&S Auto services yet, I had an appointment to service my vehicle but I had to cancel. The reason for my review is their communication with appointments and costs was outstanding, they reply immediately. You can tell they value customer service. Highly recommend! I had a fantastic experience with R&S. Staff were so helpful and quick, easy booking and great reporting system, and great pricing. My full experience is below: After my usual garage went AWOL on me with an ongoing troubling sound coming from the back of my car, and a very short deadline before I had to make a very long drive to work, I started asking around for a second opinion, and R&S saved me! First off, the online booking system was great. I fired off a query about booking an Inspection, and the spot was booked immediately. I then got a call from them offering an update earlier drop off time, which was great. On the same day they identified the issue, and I got a full online review of the car, along with videos/pictures showing exactly what was making the noises (for someone without much car knowledge who couldn't double check these things myself, this was Fantastic, and super reassuring). They were able to quote me there and then on the price of a fix (wasn't super straightforward, needed parts ordering etc.), and said they could get it done in 3 days tops. But after 1 and a half days, I got the call saying it was all done! They knew I was on a deadline, and went above and beyond to help me out. My car is now running smoother and quieter than ever, and even came back MUCH cleaner then it went it. And I paid the exact estimate, no extra taxes at the end of suprise charges, exactly what I expected. Sal and the team really put the effort in, and really went above and beyond in what was a tense time! Super friendly, caring, and helpful. Huge thanks for the whole team for their work, and highly recommended for others!

With the holiday soon approaching and myself trying to save as much as possible for gifts, I brought my vehicle into after taking it to the dealership after a few maintenance lights pop up on my dash. The dealership quoted me a lot more than expected, so I wanted a second opinion, after reading some of their great reviews, I decided to bring my vehicle in to R&S auto and they quoted me a lot less for the same exact work as the dealership. So i decided to have my car serviced there instead, and Im glad I did as I saved a lot more than if I had brought my car to the dealership, but most importantly my car maintenance is update to date (they also gave me a free car wash :) ) and I found a new home to bring my car in. Would recommend to anybody looking to save a few dollars. PS the friendly staff also gave me a gift bag for being a first time customer

I was not sure what to expect when I arrived but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were the advisers super friendly and accommodating, the service was above and beyond. I was there for winter tire changeover. They did a full inspection of the vehicle at no cost, with a full diagnostics print out. I will be back to visit when it's spring change time. I recommend them to anyone looking for good service 👍

I had an incredible experience at R&S Auto from start to finish. Sal greeted me warmly at the desk, and both Jess and Raj took the time to clearly explain what my car needed for repairs that day and what could be deferred. I was blown away by the detailed electronic walk-around of my vehicle, showing exactly what was going on beneath the surface. It felt like they were caring for my car as if it was their own, with no stressful sales tactics—just clear, fact-based advice on what I could afford and the best approach to get it done. They even handle windshield repairs and replacements, including insurance claims, so they do all the legwork for you. I can't recommend them enough for collision, glass, or any auto repair needs!

Can I give 10 stars? The professionalism of this shop is outstanding, the prices beat the dealer and anyone else, and their manner of explaining everything and taking you seriously when you state the problem is outstanding and rare in the auto shop business. I needed a last-minute repair before a giant road trip and R&S insured everything was properly fixed and that I was on the road in time for my next stop. They know their hybrids, so would recommend them even more if you are frustrated with mechanics who refuse to work on them for anything more than an oil change. They also make sure to follow-up with you afterwards. Just excellent all-around, highly recommend -- thanks again, Jessie and Dilraj!
