I visited R&S Auto for the first time recently. I was greeted by Sal the Service Manager. He is super friendly and personable. I asked for a tire to be checked as I thought it might have a leak. A complimentary check of the car was provided As I was waiting i was offered coffee or water. I ended up getting 4 new tires as the current ones were quite worn. I got a great price from Sal and he even offered to look for a cheaper set if needed. I was provided with a “thank you” gift bag when I went to pick up my car which was a nice surprise. I recently took my 2020 Honda Civic up for maintenance where I completed my front and rear brakes, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and coolant fluid during my last tire changeover. I drive a Volkswagen Atlas, and one day while backing out of my garage the door didn’t fully open and the antenna on my car got caught and ripped right off. I first took it to another place and they told me the repair would require replacing the inner liner and painting the roof, quoting me a very high price. Had my windshield replaced on my Infiniti Q50 and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dilraj was very professional, easy to communicate with, and got the job done quickly. The windshield replacement was done perfectly and the car looked great when I picked it up. He even put a brand new set of wiper blades on the car at no charge because there was glass in the old ones, which I really appreciated. Great service and attention to detail. Took my 2024 Honda CRV Touring in to R&S Auto for Autobody Repair. The experience was very professional, customer oriented and streamlined from the start. Dilraj took his time to thoroughly examine the damages and provided a detailed quote for repairs which matched my expectations. Only OEM parts was used for replacement and the work was done exceptionally well. They deep cleaned the vehicle prior to pickup, giving it a new car delivery feel. Was left highly satisfied with their service and will consider them for any work on my vehicle in the future.

I have 10 yr old Lexus hybrid that was knocking. Most shops won't even touch hybrids so I first took it to a dealer. $800 of testing only to be told I need a new engine. I then brought it to R&S. They determined it was a couple of injector coils so we decided to replace all injector coils and spark plugs. Car has been running fine for the last few months. Honest, reasonable prices; what more can you ask for in an auto shop.

I recently brought my 2004 Volvo S60 for a critical repair to R&S Auto (in North York) where Sal and his Team provided excellent customer service. This was following a recent very negative experience (steering issue repair) that took over 2 weeks to complete and in the end was not even fixed satisfactorily. This was our 1st time trusting R&S Auto with our much-needed 20+ year old car and we were not disappointed. Had to bring in my Supra on short notice due to my clumsiness. Admittedly, I'm very picky on who works on my car. I don't particularly settle even if it means I have to pay a bit more. I always believe you do get what you pay for at the end of the day in the grand scheme of things. Having read great reviews, despite being in a pinch, I was very lucky to have them right by me when I needed them the most. From the get go, I really appreciate them taking me in on such short notice and also helped get me a rental at a great price so I was able to get home for the day! Through no fault of their own, I did have to leave my car with them for a while just to wait on parts but throughout the process they always kept me in the loop and tried to get things done in a timely manner without ever sacrificing quality. In all honesty, I was incredibly blown away by how much extra they offer, that little extra TLC goes a LONG way, especially in this industry. The courtesy inspection that's offered digitally with photos and recommendations lets me know they do care and aren't pushy on things that don't need to be done just yet. I've dealt with many others in the industry who flip flopped on their pricing but I promise you R&S is not one of those people. And just having the car cleaned up after with a wash and the inside tidied up meant a lot to me. It is such a small gesture but it goes such a long way. Thanks Sal and team! I know my Supra was in good hands and I look forward to continuing our relationship to keep my car in tip top racing shape! :D

I had a very good experience getting my 2013 GLK serviced at R&S Auto. I appreciated the flexibility of dropping up and picking up my vehicle after hours using their secure system. Sal did a great job fixing my leaky brake line - everything is running smoothly so far. I also appreciate the transparency with the diagnosis: Sal provided pictures and descriptions of the issues so I knew exactly what was wrong and also confirmed the cost before initiating the repair. I went there to check my Mercedes CLS . Front desk staff is super friendly. I had a suspension concern .. the lead tech (Jessy) came around and asked me to go with him for a test drive to confirm my concern.. i like attention to detail.. they do offer the 360 car report with photos and videos . The best thing i saw .. also for an oil change you get free road side assistance for 6 months .. i want to leave you with one thing.. just look at this washroom , hotel level cleanliness and vibe..
