I have 10 yr old Lexus hybrid that was knocking. Most shops won't even touch hybrids so I first took it to a dealer. $800 of testing only to be told I need a new engine. I then brought it to R&S. They determined it was a couple of injector coils so we decided to replace all injector coils and spark plugs. Car has been running fine for the last few months. Honest, reasonable prices; what more can you ask for in an auto shop.

I recently brought my 2004 Volvo S60 for a critical repair to R&S Auto (in North York) where Sal and his Team provided excellent customer service. This was following a recent very negative experience (steering issue repair) that took over 2 weeks to complete and in the end was not even fixed satisfactorily. This was our 1st time trusting R&S Auto with our much-needed 20+ year old car and we were not disappointed. Thanks to Sal and his Team we were in and out quickly (Radiator, Coolant, filter repair) and gain confidence that R&S Auto will be where we will take any future need to repair our vehicle.

Had to bring in my Supra on short notice due to my clumsiness. Admittedly, I'm very picky on who works on my car. I don't particularly settle even if it means I have to pay a bit more. I always believe you do get what you pay for at the end of the day in the grand scheme of things. Having read great reviews, despite being in a pinch, I was very lucky to have them right by me when I needed them the most. From the get go, I really appreciate them taking me in on such short notice and also helped get me a rental at a great price so I was able to get home for the day! Through no fault of their own, I did have to leave my car with them for a while just to wait on parts but throughout the process they always kept me in the loop and tried to get things done in a timely manner without ever sacrificing quality. In all honesty, I was incredibly blown away by how much extra they offer, that little extra TLC goes a LONG way, especially in this industry. The courtesy inspection that's offered digitally with photos and recommendations lets me know they do care and aren't pushy on things that don't need to be done just yet. I've dealt with many others in the industry who flip flopped on their pricing but I promise you R&S is not one of those people. And just having the car cleaned up after with a wash and the inside tidied up meant a lot to me. It is such a small gesture but it goes such a long way. Thanks Sal and team! I know my Supra was in good hands and I look forward to continuing our relationship to keep my car in tip top racing shape! :D

I had a very good experience getting my 2013 GLK serviced at R&S Auto. I appreciated the flexibility of dropping up and picking up my vehicle after hours using their secure system. Sal did a great job fixing my leaky brake line - everything is running smoothly so far. I also appreciate the transparency with the diagnosis: Sal provided pictures and descriptions of the issues so I knew exactly what was wrong and also confirmed the cost before initiating the repair. I went there to check my Mercedes CLS . Front desk staff is super friendly. I had a suspension concern .. the lead tech (Jessy) came around and asked me to go with him for a test drive to confirm my concern.. i like attention to detail.. they do offer the 360 car report with photos and videos . The best thing i saw .. also for an oil change you get free road side assistance for 6 months .. i want to leave you with one thing.. just look at this washroom , hotel level cleanliness and vibe..

Was referred to R&S auto by a co-worker. I have to say this is by far the best car auto shop I have been to. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and gave me peace of mind on the work being done. I especially love the 360 digital health check inspection on the vehicle, with this they send you digital pictures of any main issues on the vehicle which lets you decide if the work is needed or not. If you drive a German car I wouldn’t take it any where else but R&S is the place to go Another experience with R&S with the amazing service, Sal R&S had my S5 grill replaced with an blacked out RS5 grill, he went above and beyond and even pained behind it shiny black so it didn’t look weird, he did this because he cares and they care about your car! I was not sure what to expect when I arrived but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were the advisers super friendly and accommodating, the service was above and beyond. I was there for winter tire changeover. They did a full inspection of the vehicle at no cost, with a full diagnostics print out. I will be back to visit when it's spring change time. I recommend them to anyone looking for good service 👍

A new customer, I brought my car into R&S for several reasons - oil change, tire change, clean engine. When I dropped off my car, Dilraj (service advisor and owner) gave me a clear timeline for when my car would be ready for pickup. During the day, I received updates - not just text messages, but a full diagnostic that included red / yellow / green prioritization plus details and photos for each. I really appreciated the diagnostic with the pictures and recommendations. Also appreciated that the car was ready for pickup as promised!

Took my Mercedes in for maintenance and a fault repair for SRS. The team at R&S explained everything in detail and were very welcoming.
