Took my 2024 Honda CRV Touring in to R&S Auto for Autobody Repair. The experience was very professional, customer oriented and streamlined from the start. Dilraj took his time to thoroughly examine the damages and provided a detailed quote for repairs which matched my expectations. Only OEM parts was used for replacement and the work was done exceptionally well. They deep cleaned the vehicle prior to pickup, giving it a new car delivery feel. I was not sure what to expect when I arrived but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were the advisers super friendly and accommodating, the service was above and beyond. I was there for winter tire changeover. They did a full inspection of the vehicle at no cost, with a full diagnostics print out. I will be back to visit when it's spring change time. I recently brought my 2004 Volvo S60 for a critical repair to R&S Auto (in North York) where Sal and his Team provided excellent customer service. This was following a recent very negative experience (steering issue repair) that took over 2 weeks to complete and in the end was not even fixed satisfactorily. This was our 1st time trusting R&S Auto with our much-needed 20+ year old car and we were not disappointed. I had a very good experience getting my 2013 GLK serviced at R&S Auto. I appreciated the flexibility of dropping up and picking up my vehicle after hours using their secure system. Sal did a great job fixing my leaky brake line - everything is running smoothly so far. I also appreciate the transparency with the diagnosis: Sal provided pictures and descriptions of the issues so I knew exactly what was wrong and also confirmed the cost before initiating the repair. I went there to check my Mercedes CLS . Front desk staff is super friendly. I had a suspension concern .. the lead tech (Jessy) came around and asked me to go with him for a test drive to confirm my concern.. i like attention to detail.. they do offer the 360 car report with photos and videos . The best thing i saw .. also for an oil change you get free road side assistance for 6 months .. i want to leave you with one thing.. just look at this washroom , hotel level cleanliness and vibe..

Was referred to R&S auto by a co-worker. I have to say this is by far the best car auto shop I have been to. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and gave me peace of mind on the work being done. I especially love the 360 digital health check inspection on the vehicle, with this they send you digital pictures of any main issues on the vehicle which lets you decide if the work is needed or not. If you drive a German car I wouldn’t take it any where else but R&S is the place to go Another experience with R&S with the amazing service, Sal R&S had my S5 grill replaced with an blacked out RS5 grill, he went above and beyond and even pained behind it shiny black so it didn’t look weird, he did this because he cares and they care about your car! The digital inspection report provides deep insights into the vehicle's condition - and the perks (warranty on replaced parts, shuttle service, 6month vehicle roadside assistance) were great. After Acura suggested not to using my radio, my Late model RDX failed to start. Sal at R&S knew this was a sign the battery was dying and not holding a charge. R&S not only replaced the battery far cheaper than Acura but with an awesome warranty. Now that my Acura warranty is up I’m glad to know that because of the stellar customer service and reasonable prices R&S will now be my “go to” place for all my Acura servicing. I have never received such exceptional services, R&S auto has fulfilled the highest requirement of customer satisfaction in my perspective. They are not only straightforward with their services but they do provide you constant updates on the status of your vehicle and recommendations on what you should do next to maintain the life of your vehicle.
