I came in on a Wednesday morning because I was getting vibrations in the steering wheel while driving at highway speeds. The team did a thorough inspection, confirmed that the tire balance was off, and re-balanced all 4 tires. When I picked the car up later that day, the vibrations were minimal. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected failure with the tire lining itself, the balance was out again by Friday morning. I reached out to the team (knowing that I would need to drive 400 km the very next day) and they agreed to see me right away to resolve the issue. They were able to diagnose the issue and repair the tire within a couple of hours. The team were very accommodating and apologetic. They even agreed to do the repair at no extra cost, which was extremely appreciated. I ended up driving the 400 km with no issues at all! Thank you R&S Auto.

Great shop and a great team! Brought my Civic in for a new set of tires and left with a clean job and a thorough inspection. Sal at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional. The complimentary digital inspection alone was amazing. They look over the entire car and provide an online report complete with photos and maintenance suggestions. It gave me a clear view of what I need to keep an eye on. Best of all, there was absolutely no pressure to buy extra services, only an honest discussion on the suggestions. 10/10 service, would definitely recommend!

10/10. From beginning to end. I had called them to get serviced the same day & they were able to accommodate. Customer service was amazing, I didn’t feel rushed on the phone, he answered all of my questions in full detail. I went for an oil change & they did so much more for me. Amazing Amazing staff, LISTEN - I have found my new second family - the attention and care that they gave to my 2017 nissan pathfinder is unprecedented, I went in for a timing change replacement, I was stressed because I couldn't find someone to take on such a big job for a reasonable price, then I found R&S auto and there was no hesitation, there was little to none down time, my vehicle was fixed and is now running like NEW, this is like magic, I cannot say enough good things about R&S auto, the guys are so pleasant to deal with, they even changed my wiper blades for free - talk about attention to detail, I highly highly recommend R&S auto, I will not be going to any other mechanic than them, check them out and see for yourself 🙂😇

Highly recommend R&S, AC was having issues dealership did not really solve my problem. After searching web I came across R&S, read their reviews and decided to give them a go at it. No regrets they did their trouble shooting and within the same day had the answer.AC has never worked this well. This week I brought my vehicles in for service here for the first time and was amazed by the service here. I'm super impressed by the high level of professionalism, thoughtfulness and all around customer service provided by this shop. No matter it is the technical side meticulously inspection with a customized full detailed report done including photos of your vehicle to timely communication and transparent information each step during the service, I am well informed and reassured of what my vehicle status and what it needs. I was assisted with a ride home offered by the staff during waiting hours. Not to mention they delivered a complimentary lovely gift bag and a road side assiatance membership which put a big smile on my face as the incredible icing on cake which a lady needs. I visited R&S Auto for the first time recently. I was greeted by Sal the Service Manager. He is super friendly and personable. I asked for a tire to be checked as I thought it might have a leak. A complimentary check of the car was provided As I was waiting i was offered coffee or water. I ended up getting 4 new tires as the current ones were quite worn. I got a great price from Sal and he even offered to look for a cheaper set if needed. I was provided with a “thank you” gift bag when I went to pick up my car which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend R&S Auto to anyone. Great customer service with total transparency.

I recently took my 2020 Honda Civic up for maintenance where I completed my front and rear brakes, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and coolant fluid during my last tire changeover. The difference I felt in the car was a day and night difference. The car felt brand new with no pulsation, smooth shifting, and fresh wipers. I also learned that I get additional warranty coverage that covers my transmissions and coolant system parts by performing some of these services, which gave me peace of mind. Best part is the after hours drop off and pick up services they have as I work during their open hours. I was able to pay over the phone and pick up my car from a secure lock box during a time that was convenient for me The customer service at this shop is like no other.

I drive a Volkswagen Atlas, and one day while backing out of my garage the door didn’t fully open and the antenna on my car got caught and ripped right off. I first took it to another place and they told me the repair would require replacing the inner liner and painting the roof, quoting me a very high price. It didn’t feel right, so I decided to get a second opinion. After searching on Google, I found R&S. They took a look and immediately told me the repair was much simpler they could just replace the antenna. Their honest assessment ended up saving me a lot of money. What really impressed me was their transparency. They kept me updated throughout the process and even sent me a digital inspection with videos and pictures so I could actually see what was going on with my car. That level of honesty and communication is rare. After the repair, they even went above and beyond by washing my car before giving it back to me. The service was outstanding. Since then, I’ve been coming back to R&S for all my service and repairs. Even for a simple oil change, they provide a full 360° inspection and help me plan future maintenance based on my vehicle’s kilometers. Not once have I felt pressured to do anything.
